Signature Cooking Class

Daisy’s inspiration for teaching Modern Asian cuisines stems from her father and brothers. Her entire family members are amazing cooks who taught her the basics of traditional Asian cuisine. She further develops her cooking skill and creates many unique Modern Asian dishes. Daisy looks forward to passing on the secrets to creating delicious dishes to those who love it as much as she does.

A demonstration-style combined with hands-on style format teaching ensures that students get most out of every class.

Class sizes are limited to 6. All classes include an introduction of ingredients, hints & tips and food tasting.

Term & Conditions
1. A full payment is required to secure a booking. Bookings are only confirmed when full payment is received.
2. All bookings are non-refundable and No Cancellations.
3. For rescheduling, please notify at least 48 hours prior to the enrolled date. Make-up lesson is subject to availability.
4. Signature reserves the right to cancel a class within 48 hours due to insufficient numbers or if unforeseen circumstances arise. If this occurs, the choice of a full refund or the choice to transfer to another class will be given.
5. The menus on the Signature website are examples only and are subject to change due to seasonal variations.
6. The consumption of alcoholic beverages is not permitted before or during practical cooking classes. For the safety of the individual and others, persons deemed to be intoxicated will not be allowed to participate in a class.
